Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone since you receive the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return/exchange Condition
Our refund policy only applies for the products under the following circumstances

How to Return
1. Firstly, you should send a photo of the items to our support team at support@getcomfyshoes.com, then we will provide further support.
2. Our support team will send you a return address after we confirm your items meet the return condition.
3. You should ship the items to the return address provided by our support team, the return will be made by your own cost. Then you should email the tracking number to our support team.
4. Once your return is received and inspected by getcomfyshoes team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Return Cost
Under the circumference that the items don’t fit well, buyers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Under the circumference that items are damaged when delivered, items have quality defect, items wrongly shipped. We will cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee will be charged.
When to get refunds?
After we receive the return items, or we confirm that items never delivered, we will process the refund. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 10 business days to process. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. We can't control the processing speed of your card bank.
